I had a question about my order and didn’t expect much, since I usually don’t really trust customer service to do more than send a generic reply. But they got back to me the same day, and the answer actually made sense and addressed what I asked.
They were friendly about it too, and fixed the little issue without turning it into a whole back-and-forth. I was pleasantly surprised, and I’d feel fine ordering from them again.

I was kind of confused by this candle from milkbarncandles.com. When I smelled it in the jar, the scent was really nice, so I thought it would be great once it was burning.

But after lighting it, I could barely smell anything?? I even moved it into a smaller room thinking maybe that would help, but after about an hour it mostly just smelled like warm wax instead of the fragrance I ordered.
For the price, I expected a lot more. Maybe I just got a dud, but it was disappointing enough that I probably wouldn’t buy one again

i ordered a couple of candles and while they’re actually nice, the delivery process was kind of annoying. the tracking didn’t update for several days, and then it ended up arriving later than the original estimate. everything was packaged fine once it got here, but i had to email them just to find out what was going on. i’d probably think twice about ordering again if i needed something by a specific date.

The candles arrived nicely packed, which made me feel a lot better about ordering them. They looked really cute in the box, and I was relieved everything showed up looking neat and gift-ready

I do like the smell of this candle, especially when I’m sitting close to it. I’m not sure if it’s just my room or the candle itself, but the scent didn’t really spread much in a larger space. It burned for a decent amount of time, I just kind of wish the fragrance lingered a bit more.

I lit this candle for the first time last night, and for the first couple of hours it smelled really nice. After a while though, I noticed the wax was burning a bit unevenly. I ended up trimming the wick and nudging the wax around to keep it from getting worse. By the end of the evening it hadn’t tunneled too badly, but it definitely wasn’t as clean of a burn as I was hoping for. I’ll still use it, but for the price, I expected it to be a little more low-maintenance.
